Computacenter can look back on a successful HR event. On May 4th, HR professionals from a varierty of industries got together at Het Zuiderterras in Antwerp to zoom into how technology affects HR.
Technology has a great influence on the way we work together and how we communicate with each other. It also creates the opportunity for the employees to optimize their work-life balance. Flexible working hours, working at home, … are all good examples of how HR and technology go hand in hand.
Several speakers, including Wouter Torfs and Frank Van Massenhove, shared their experience. They explained how the new way of working contributes to a better atmosphere at work and more motivated (and thus productive and loyal) employees.
